Independent Living Studios

Studio Apartment residents enjoy maintenance free living.  All utilities are included (except phone). Access to the library, country store, weekday and Sunday worship services, water aerobics in the aquatic center, on-site laundry facilities, Wifi hotspots, primary care doctors office*, guest suites*, massage*, on-site beauty*, and the Bistro* are included with our Independent Living Studios. Residents also enjoy the following services, housekeeping, 24 hour Nursing Services, Biweekly Bed/Bath Linens, Scheduled Transportation and Shopping, Chaplain, All Community Activities, Campus Security, Cable TV, Part B Therapy Services and a Meal Plan that includes 3 Meals each day. All studio apartments are equipped with a wireless nurse call system for emergencies and each resident is issued a wireless pendant when they join the Bethea family.

The grounds offer a great place to walk or ride bikes with easy access to all activities and gatherings. The dining room is a meeting place for the entire community, serving a delicious meal every day. A varied activities program provides social, spiritual and physical events adding spice for the time of your life!

Normally $1821/month but for a limited time you move to Bethea and lock in $1200/month*.
