Cottage residents enjoy maintenance free living. Cable, water, and trash pick up are included with all of the cottages. These residents have full access to the main campus, including activities, transportation for shopping or medical appointments, and a mid-day meal is included. All cottages are equipped with a wireless nurse call system for emergencies and each resident is issued a wireless pendant when they join the Bethea family.
Each cottage is uniquely equipped. Amenities include a range with oven, dishwasher, beautiful cabinets, garbage disposal, hookups for washer, dryer and refrigerator, individually controlled heating and cooling and lovely views from windows or patio doors. The grounds offer a great place to walk or ride bikes with easy access to all activities and gatherings. The dining room is a meeting place for the entire community, serving a delicious meal every day. A varied activities program provides social, spiritual and physical events adding spice for the time of your life! We offer a variety of living units that include cottages, patio homes, duplexes and triplexes. They range in size from 600 sq ft to 3,200 sq ft. Monthly fees vary based on size of the home.
