Our group class membership is normally $35 a month but you can try a class for free by registering now using the registration form on this page.
Day and evening classes include low, moderate and high-intensity workouts that are available Monday - Friday. Our certified therapy staff can work on an individual basis with a physician’s prescription.
Water exercises can help with orthopedic conditions, chronic pain, arthritis, stroke, core balance and other medical conditions. Our indoor heated pool is staffed by certified therapists who develop aquatic exercise programs specifically designed for adults over age 55.

Fluid Motion - low intensity (45 minute water time)
A therapeutic class that limbers joints and promotes pain relief. It also teaches balance and coordination while improving mobility and strength. Beginners feel welcome! We will start at a walking pace.
Ebb & Flow - medium intensity (60 minute water time)
A low impact class that improves strength and mobility as well as coordination and balance by using continuous motion and simple water resistance. A combination of limbering exercises and “go at your own pace” aerobic portions also challenge you to increase your level of endurance. Great for limbering up and building up!
Hydro Action - high intensity (60 minute water time)
A fun fast paced class that keeps you moving! The water supplies great resistance for this test of strength and endurance! Heat up your muscles as you challenge your aerobic fitness with cardiovascular conditioning and core/ spinal stabilization.
