Sixteen Cottages and six Patio Apartments, along with several Duplex Apartments, are available in the Cottage Community. The monthly maintenance fee is contingent on size, with square footage ranging from 1,800 square feet to 721 square feet.  All maintenance and up-keep is provided in Cottage living. Some of our residents even enjoy creating their own flowerbeds and vegetable gardens. One meal daily, served in the dining room, cable television, and twenty-four hour emergency nursing services are also provided.
