Cottage Community
The Cottage Community has 32 differnt living units to offer. Cottages, patios apartments, duplexes and triplexes are available. They range in size from 600 sq ft to 3,000 sq ft. Monthly fees vary based on size of the home. Cottage Residents enjoy maintenance free living. Cable, water, and trash pick up are included with all of the cottages. These resident also have full access to the Main campus, including activities, transportation for shopping and medical appointments, and mid-day meal is included. All cottages are equipped with a wireless nurse call system for emergencies and each resident is issued a wireless pendant when they join the Bethea family.
